Global Japanese Connect(hereinafter referred to as “this Site”) provides its online services (e.g., online Japanese lessons, online photography lessons) on the condition that customers agree to the following Terms of Service.

- Payment Method: Payments will be made through payment services such as Stripe. This Site does not directly store customers’ credit card information. Information related to payments will be managed according to Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service.
- Consumption Tax: The provision of online services to customers residing outside Japan is exempt from Japanese consumption tax (export exemption or overseas transaction). For customers who are obligated to pay Japanese consumption tax, separate measures will be considered and clearly displayed on this Site.
- Cancellation Policy: Policies regarding cancellation and changes to bookings will be separately specified on the booking page or specific service pages of this Site.
6. Prohibited Actions
Customers must not engage in the following actions when using this service:

If a customer violates these Terms or causes damage to this Site in connection with the use of this service, the customer shall compensate this Site for such damage.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes concerning this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of this Site as the court of first instance.
