I used to teach in a traditional school setting. When teaching in a school, there were always students who inevitably struggled to keep up with the lessons, and it was hard for me to see them feel discouraged.
The reason my lessons are one-on-one (private lessons) is that I truly want you to feel free to practice Japanese wholeheartedly. I prioritize creating an environment where you can ask questions and try things without worrying about what others might think.
