I have experience studying and working abroad. During that time, I sometimes struggled with the complexities of cross-cultural understanding and the frustration of not being able to fully connect with others. At the same time, however, I had irreplaceable experiences of sharing laughter and transcending language and cultural barriers through food, sports, and music.

I strongly believe in the importance of people connecting as friends, across the boundaries of race and nationality. This earnest wish—the question, “How can we truly understand one another beyond racial boundaries?”—is the very origin of my business.
