I make a bento lunch for my husband every single day.

For me, it has simply become a natural part of our daily routine. But yesterday, when my husband came home from work, he looked quite happy and shared this with me:

“Someone at work told me, ‘It’s so nice that your wife makes you a bento every day.'”

Seeing the happy look on his face made me feel truly delighted, too. Even though our days often pass by in a blur of routine, hearing someone else’s words like this made me realize that my daily efforts and care are reaching him. It filled my heart with warmth.

I’m looking forward to packing his lunch with love tomorrow, too.
