MindfulLiving

The other day, I found a giant dandelion fluff. It was soft, airy, yet standing there with such presence.

If I had been rushing, looking only at the ground, I would have never noticed this lovely little thing. Busyness can sometimes make the most beautiful scenery transparent.

Happiness isn’t always somewhere far away; it’s often right at your feet. But without ‘Yohaku’ (negative space) in your heart, you might never find it.

Why not take a long, relaxing bath today to create some space in your soul? It’s a wonderful warm-up for noticing the happiness around you.

If you’re too busy, you might miss the tiny happiness at your feet. Keep ‘Yohaku’ (white space) in your heart.
