I have experience studying abroad and working overseas. During that time, I sometimes felt the difficulty of cross-cultural understanding and the frustration of not being able to fully connect. However, I also had invaluable experiences where, through culinary exchange, we could laugh together, transcending the barriers of language and culture.
I strongly believe in the importance of people connecting amicably across the barriers of race and nationality. This earnest desire, that is, the question, “How can we truly understand each other beyond racial boundaries?”, is precisely the origin of my businesses.
