Recently, I had a realization through my own daily experiences. I visited a shop with wonderful products, but the way I was treated at the checkout left me feeling neglected. It made me realize that no matter how excellent a product is, if the final interaction doesn’t feel right, the heart moves away.

This became a powerful “reverse role model” for my own businesses, Plakagos and my Japanese Language School. I want every person who visits my space to feel happy and respected from start to finish.

The Professional Boundary To protect this “Harmony of Happiness,” I have decided to strengthen the security of my website. As my audience grows—now reaching 575 visitors—I have noticed some undesirable access that doesn’t align with our community’s values.

Based on the principle of Assertion (valuing both myself and others), I am setting clear boundaries. This is not about exclusion, but about ensuring a safe, serene, and high-quality environment for my true supporters and students.
