There is a philosophical concept called “Epoché” (suspension of judgment), which means withholding premature conclusions about things. Looking back at my past working days, I remember a time when I was wrongfully blamed in front of others for a mistake I didn’t make. Later, when I calmly asked, “Didn’t we confirm that with the manager?”, the supervisor realized their mistake and apologized. This experience taught me that people are often quick to criticize based on assumptions, but the truth usually comes to light later. It made me truly realize the importance of pausing and choosing not to judge immediately.
