Lately, I’ve been reflecting on something from my past that I kept holding onto. For a long time, I regretted getting the COVID-19 vaccine, as I felt quite unwell afterward and couldn’t stop worrying about it.

But one day, I had a sudden realization: “There is no use worrying about the past. It’s time to move forward!”

To bring joy back into my “now,” I started cooking dishes from all over the world right in my own kitchen.

Vietnamese banh mi, flavorful curries, comforting pastas…

Instead of looking back, I choose to add the bright colors of the world to my dining table today. What kind of culture did you taste today?
