Yesterday, something lovely happened. I ran into one of my neighbors, and they greeted me with a warm smile and a simple question: “How have you been? Is everything okay?”

We ended up chatting for quite a while, sharing stories and catching up on life. By the end of our conversation, my heart felt so much lighter and warmer.

As we parted ways, they handed me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. “Here, these are for you,” they said.

Coming home with those flowers, my room—and my heart—instantly brightened up. It felt like spring had finally arrived inside my home.

I realized once again that peace and harmony aren’t always about big gestures. Often, they are found in these small, kind exchanges and the way we care for one another in our daily lives.
