🧺 A Life Without Strain: Baskets Bring Peace to My Mind

Through my 30s, I remember constantly feeling like I was “reaching” (背伸び). I was chasing career goals, navigating tricky relationships, or just struggling to keep up with my own ideals. There was a lot of striving, worrying, and a lot of life experience gained.

But now that I’ve reached my 40s, my mind has finally started to settle.

💖 The Comfort of Saying, “This Is Enough.”

In the best sense of the word, I feel like I’ve gradually learned how to live a “life without strain.” It doesn’t have to be perfect. I’m choosing to focus on “what feels comfortable for me,” not someone else’s standard.

And now, the homemade baskets I’ve created are gently supporting this evolving life of mine.

🕊️ Storage That Powers Me Through Family Smiles

In my home, I use the baskets I make for various storage needs.

My absolute favorite is the basket I use for storing toilet paper. It’s just a storage container, but having a basket I hand-wove in a space my family uses every day—not just the living room—makes a difference.

When my family sees it and says, “This basket is so handy,” or “It’s cute,” I feel an incredible boost of power. Knowing that my passion and skill can contribute to someone else’s “small piece of happiness” in their daily life. This joy is truly the source of my “Finding My Joy.”
